test: Shellcheck - ignore SC2001 warnings



Add to permanently excluded in shellcheck:
	^SC2001: See if you can use ${variable//search/replace} instead.
In some cases we need more complex sed substitution than only replacing string.
For example: test_stack=$(echo "$test_stack" | sed -e 's@;[^;]*$@@')
