The Gitlab issues have been resolved. Unfortunately, CI traces, artifacts, and the package registry could not be preserved, but we hope that everything can be regenerated. We apologize for the inconvenience.

3.0.3 fails to initialize things internally and segfaults in OPENSSL_strcasecmp. Additionally, we want to disable the atexit cleanup anyway.
