scsi: squash errlog for THIN_PROVISION INQUIRY page

It is perfectly valid for a bdev to not support the
unmap command - there's no need to print an ERRLOG
when a SCSI INQUIRY 0xB2 (LOGICAL BLOCK PROVISIONING)
command is sent to query if the LUN supports it.
