vm_setup: change spdk source from gerrithub to github.

Our test destination code of spdk is rsynced from host.
former link address of spdk "https://review.gerrithub.io/spdk/spdk"
is not very fast and always failed .
So changed to "https://github.com/spdk/spdk.git

" ,this spdk just for
excuting start testing command.
