bdev/ocssd: Get number of parallel units directly from ocssd_ns->geometry



Remove helper functions, ocssd_range_num_parallel_units() and
bdev_ocssd_num_parallel_units(), and get number of parallel units
directly from ocssd_ns->geometry.
