doc/Doxyfile: remove obsolete options with the default values



Options:
FORMULA_TRANSPARENT
LATEX_SOURCE_CODE
RTF_SOURCE_CODE
DOCBOOK_PROGRAMLISTING
CLASS_DIAGRAMS
DOT_FONTNAME
DOT_FONTSIZE
DOT_TRANSPARENT

are obsolete in the Doxygen version 1.9.5
Doxyfile has been updated with 'doxygen -u'
