rte_vhost: include <asm/mman.h> for CentOS-6



Gcc reports error "vhost_user.c:665: error: ‘MADV_DONTDUMP’ undeclared
(first use in this function)" when build in CentOS-6, include
<asm/mman.h> fixes it.
