vmd: change DEBUGLOGs to INFOLOG



None of the current DEBUGLOGs are in any kind of
performance critical code path.  Making them INFOLOG
means that we can enable them even in release builds
to get additional information if needed.

(Note: planning to do this with other libraries and
modules as well.)
