README: remove license and travis badges 

License described in "LICENSE" file is very custom, which results
in badge value being set to "not identifiable by github", and
just looks bad.

Travis badge - we haven't used Travis in years. Visiting
https://app.travis-ci.com/spdk/spdk

 suggests that the
project was auto-removed over the years.
