test/iscsi/ip_migration: remove [Rpc] conf section 



A previous commit modified this test to specify the RPC address via
command line, but failed to remove the [Rpc] section from the
configuration file.

Fixes: 59515ed6 ("test/iscsi/ip_migration: use UNIX socket for RPC")
